Zortrax | Inventure Dual Extrusion 3d Printer
Zortrax Inventure Compact is a tool for developing your inventions.
Powerful device of innovation
"Zortrax Inventure is an affordable desktop machine with capabilities found almost exclusively in large industrial 3D printers: a dissolvable support system, an enclosed heated printing chamber, a built-in HEPA filter, and a capability to work in dual or single extrusion modes. Compatibility with a wide range of filaments like nylon or highly durable ABS blends makes Zortrax Inventure a versatile tools for engineers, designers, and doctors."
Main Features of Zortrax Inventure
Inventure allows for both single and dual-extrusion
Printing supports and the model with the same filament is possible with single-extrusion. The model and water-soluble support structures are printed with different materials in dual-extrusion.
External and dedicated printing Materials
Zortrax Inventure is compatible with a wide variety of external and dedicated materials, which are available on smart cartridges or regular spools. In dual and single-extrusion modes, both external and dedicated filaments can be printed.

Innovative system with great potential
The Zortrax Inventure is a low-cost desktop 3D printer with features found almost exclusively in large industrial 3D printers, such as a dissolvable support device, an enclosed heated printing chamber, a built-in HEPA filter, and the ability to operate in dual or single extrusion modes.
Zortrax Inventure is a versatile method for developers, designers, and doctors due to its compatibility with a wide variety of filaments such as nylon or extremely resistant ABS blends.
Single and Dual Extrusion
Single and dual-extrusion modes are supported by Zortrax Inventure.
Enclosed Printing Chamber
To ensure controlled 3D printing conditions, the build platform is sealed off from the external environment.
Built-in HEPA filter
About 99 percent of 3D printing emissions are intercepted by a HEPA filter.
External material support
Third-party spool-based filaments are completely supported in both single and dual extrusion modes.

For 3D printing moving mechanisms
Zortrax Inventure is capable of 3D printing movable mechanisms in a single step. The heated chamber maintains the proper temperature to reduce shrinkage and achieve high dimensional precision. By simply rinsing the model in water, soluble support structures can be extracted from tightly interlocked sections.
Water-soluble support material
Zortrax Inventure prints support in dual-extrusion mode using Z-SUPPORT Premium, a BVOH water-soluble filament. They can be extracted in the Zortrax DSS Station, which maintains an optimum temperature and circulates water around the model to achieve a high dissolution rate. Supports printing on the Inventure in single-extrusion mode are made of model material and must be mechanically removed.
Step 1: Immerse in water
Remove the model from the build tray and position it inside the Zortrax DSS Station in water.
Step 2: Rinse
Remove the model from the Zortrax DSS Station. It is often appropriate to remove support remnants with a brush provided in the pack.
Step 3: Allow drying
If the support has been dissolved, carefully dry the model. That's what there is to it. The support systems have vanished.
