Shipping & Delivery
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers in the US and around the globe , ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible, and we can send your order either to your home or workplace. Unfortunately, we do not offer deliveries to PO boxes or parcel motels
We offer free shipping only to products shipped with in US for lower 48 states(exceptions may apply)
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse and the post office process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 business days.
Shipping Time: This duration pertains to the transit time from warehouse to the final destination. Generally, Domestic delivery is accomplished within approximately 5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page or the announcement tab. Once the order processing is complete and the items leave our warehouse, they typically reach their destination in 3 to 5 business days. However, due to unexpected logistical delays or customs processing, delivery times may occasionally exceed this range.Additionally, International delivery might require a slightly longer timeframe and is influenced by the lead time of the product.
Note: Tracking information is available within 1-3 days after ordering. If you received a tracking number that is not working at the time you are trying, please check again within 24 hours before contacting us as it takes time to update in the system. Thank you!
Inaccurate or Wrong Address It's crucial that you provide 3DCraftMakers with full and accurate shipping addresses. Once a package departs from our warehouse, we cannot alter your shipping address. 3DCraftMakers will not be held responsible for any packages that get lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
All orders reported as "Delivered" by courier companies are considered delivered. 3DCraftMakers cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.
In the event that a delivery is unsuccessful for any reason, and the package was sent to the correct address provided by the customer, 3DCraftMakers cannot be held accountable if the package is returned to our warehouse. The order made by the customer on our website is precisely what 3DCraftMakers will ship. If the customer receives an incorrect item due to a mistake in their order, we cannot accept liability.
Customers will bear the responsibility for any local import taxes, tariffs, duty fees, and import taxes that may arise during shipping. To understand your specific customs import duties, please reach out to your local customs office with this information (HS Code: 8477, Product description: 3d printer or 3d printer kit). Should the tax amount be steep, we can offer support in efforts to lower it.
Shipping Policy for International Orders:
Please note, if the product is dispatched from the USA to any other location worldwide, shipping costs will be incurred. Similarly, if an order is imported into the US from another country, international shipping fees will apply, We offer free shipping only to products shipped with in US for lower 48 states with some exceptions.
As shipping costs may fluctuate, kindly reach out to us at support@3dcraftmakers.com with the specific product you intend to purchase and provide us with your complete shipping address. We will promptly generate a shipping quote tailored to your order. Please be aware that this quote will remain valid for 48 hours from the time of issuance.
For international orders (outside of the United States), it is important to note that additional duties and/or taxes may apply depending on the nature of the product. It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly investigate and adhere to any duty and tax regulations prior to placing an order, as any associated fees will be solely the responsibility of the customer.
In some instances, it may be necessary to engage a customs broker to facilitate the importation process in certain countries. The customer will assume full responsibility for arranging and covering any expenses related to customs brokerage services.
