Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are professional-grade industrial systems, all return requests must be reviewed and authorized by our team before any equipment is shipped back. Please contact us first — we are here to help find the best resolution.

Manufacturer Warranty & Defect Support
All systems include manufacturer warranty coverage. If you experience a technical issue or receive a defective unit, we will support you through the resolution process.
Manufacturer Warranty
Every system includes manufacturer warranty coverage. Warranty terms are provided with each unit at delivery. We act as your liaison to coordinate warranty claims and connect you with manufacturer support when needed.
Defective on Arrival
If a unit appears defective upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and coordinate an appropriate resolution including replacement or warranty service.
Technical Assistance
Our support team is available to assist with operational questions and troubleshooting. For issues beyond our support scope, we coordinate directly with the manufacturer's technical team on your behalf.
Warranty Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, contact support@3dcraftmakers.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs or documentation.
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us before shipping anything back. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
Please do not ship equipment back without first receiving written authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Authorization numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
Return Exclusions
The following situations are generally outside the scope of our return policy. If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Installed or Operated Equipment
Equipment that has been powered on, installed, or used in any capacity is not eligible for return. We encourage pre-purchase consultation to confirm the correct system for your application.
Incomplete Returns
Returns missing original accessories, manuals, packaging, or components may not be accepted or may result in a reduced refund. All original materials must accompany the return shipment.
Buyer-Caused Damage
Equipment damaged as a result of improper handling, inadequate storage conditions, or misuse is not eligible for return or warranty consideration.
Late Requests
Return requests submitted after the 30-day delivery window will generally not be considered. We recommend inspecting all equipment promptly upon delivery.
