Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are professional-grade industrial systems, all return requests must be reviewed and authorized by our team before any equipment is shipped back. Please contact us first — we are here to help find the best resolution.

Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery. We encourage buyers to inspect equipment promptly upon receipt and contact us with any concerns as soon as possible.
Authorization Required
All returns must be reviewed and authorized by our support team before equipment is shipped back. Please contact us at support@3dcraftmakers.com with your order number and a description of the issue to begin the review process.
Eligible Equipment
To be considered for return, equipment must be unused and in its original packaging with all original accessories, manuals, and components present. Equipment that has been installed, powered on, or operated is generally not eligible for return.
Restocking Fee
Approved non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original purchase price. This covers inspection, repackaging, and logistics coordination. The applicable fee will be communicated clearly during the authorization process.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured freight carrier. Equipment must be securely packaged for transit. Items damaged during return due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for refund.
Refund Processing
Once returned equipment has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Transit Damage
Visible shipping damage should be documented with photographs and reported to us at support@3dcraftmakers.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you and the carrier to assess and resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. If your order has already entered the preparation or logistics coordination phase, please contact us at support@3dcraftmakers.com and we will advise on available options.

Warranty & Defective Equipment

Manufacturer Warranty & Defect Support

All systems include manufacturer warranty coverage. If you experience a technical issue or receive a defective unit, we will support you through the resolution process.

Manufacturer Warranty

Every system includes manufacturer warranty coverage. Warranty terms are provided with each unit at delivery. We act as your liaison to coordinate warranty claims and connect you with manufacturer support when needed.

Defective on Arrival

If a unit appears defective upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and coordinate an appropriate resolution including replacement or warranty service.

Technical Assistance

Our support team is available to assist with operational questions and troubleshooting. For issues beyond our support scope, we coordinate directly with the manufacturer's technical team on your behalf.

Warranty Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, contact support@3dcraftmakers.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs or documentation.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us before shipping anything back. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Contact Our Team
Email support@3dcraftmakers.com with your order number, reason for the return, and current condition of the equipment. Include photographs if relevant.
Step 02
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and respond with a decision. If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization number along with return shipping instructions.
Step 03
Ship & Confirm
Package equipment securely in its original packaging, mark your Authorization number on the outside, and use a tracked insured freight carrier. Share the return tracking number with our team.

Please do not ship equipment back without first receiving written authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Authorization numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Return Exclusions

The following situations are generally outside the scope of our return policy. If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Installed or Operated Equipment

Equipment that has been powered on, installed, or used in any capacity is not eligible for return. We encourage pre-purchase consultation to confirm the correct system for your application.

Incomplete Returns

Returns missing original accessories, manuals, packaging, or components may not be accepted or may result in a reduced refund. All original materials must accompany the return shipment.

Buyer-Caused Damage

Equipment damaged as a result of improper handling, inadequate storage conditions, or misuse is not eligible for return or warranty consideration.

Late Requests

Return requests submitted after the 30-day delivery window will generally not be considered. We recommend inspecting all equipment promptly upon delivery.
