Fulfillment Timeline

What to Expect After Ordering

Industrial equipment fulfillment involves multiple coordination stages. The timeline below reflects our standard process for most orders.

Stage 01
1–2
Business Days
Order verification and configuration review. Our team confirms specifications, destination requirements, and any special delivery protocols.
Stage 02
7–14
Business Days
Logistics coordination and equipment preparation. Systems are prepared, inspected, and packaged for freight transit through our supply network.
Stage 03
5–10
Business Days
Transit to destination. Actual transit time varies based on carrier scheduling, freight type, and delivery location. Tracking is provided at pickup.

Please note: These timelines are estimates based on standard orders. Multi-unit orders, freight-intensive configurations, or institutional delivery requirements may extend the overall fulfillment window. Our team will communicate proactively if your order requires additional coordination time.

Order Processing

Order Coordination & Preparation

Each order undergoes a verification and coordination process before shipment. This ensures the correct system configuration reaches your facility safely.

Order Verification

Our team reviews your order for configuration accuracy, destination requirements, and any institutional delivery protocols before preparing for shipment.

Logistics Coordination

Equipment preparation and packaging is coordinated through our supply network. Industrial systems require careful packing and inspection before freight handoff — this process typically takes 7–14 business days.

Shipment Notification

You will receive an email with full tracking documentation once your equipment has been picked up by our logistics partner and is in active transit to your facility.

Transit Methods

Shipping & Freight Methods

We coordinate with professional logistics providers including UPS, FedEx, and specialized freight carriers. Method selection is based on order size, equipment weight, and institutional delivery requirements.

Smaller Components
Ground Shipping
Used for smaller system components and accessories. Managed via UPS or FedEx with full tracking. Estimated transit: 3–5 business days after pickup, depending on destination.
Full Systems / Multi-Unit
Freight / LTL
Larger recycling systems and multi-unit institutional orders are coordinated via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers. Transit estimates vary based on carrier scheduling and destination. 5–10 business days is a typical range.
Universities & Labs
Institutional Delivery
We accommodate institutional delivery requirements including loading dock access, lift-gate service, and appointment-based delivery scheduling. These requirements must be communicated at or before order placement.

Institutional Delivery Requirements: If your facility requires specific delivery protocols — including loading dock access, lift-gate service, or pre-scheduled delivery appointments — please include these details in your order notes or contact our team at procurement@3dcraftmakers.com immediately after placing your order. Failure to communicate these requirements may delay delivery or result in additional freight charges.
