Geo Knight|DK3 Digital Knight Mug Press
The DK3 Digital Mug Press is a specialized press in the Digital Knight family designed specifically for pressing mugs. This mug press has a full wrap-around, handle-to-handle, top-to-bottom printing surface. Depending on the mug size, it may press graphics up to 5" high and as close as 1/2" from the handle.
The DK3 is fully adjustable and can accommodate all cylindrical mugs on the market. There are 11 oz, 15 oz, and 16 oz mugs, steins, and stainless steel travel mugs available. (However, not tapered latte mugs...)
The press's ability to open exceptionally wide enables for easy and quick loading and unloading of mugs from the press. The thick solid steel framework and die-cast clamp assembly provide a heavy-duty structure that can be used continuously. The clamp mechanism may be adjusted for extremely high pressure, allowing for full bleed transfers on even the most difficult mugs. Finally, a mug press that compensates for cups that aren't precisely straight!
The DK3, like all Digital Knight, presses, features a cutting-edge digital control system with an unparalleled 3-year warranty on heat-control electronics. The consistency and productivity of mug printing are maximized with digital temperature, time and programmed presets, cycle counter, and many other features.
The SuperCoil-Microwinding heater technology is at the heart of the DK3, a system of embedded heater windings that spiral tightly and closely together throughout the entire platen for very even heating, fast recovery, and fast heat-up times. The DK3 will start up in a matter of minutes and, unlike other presses, will run continuously at the selected temperature rather than at a significantly lower idle temperature.
Unlike other mug presses that employ silicone blankets that have short lifespans and even shorter warranties, the DK3 has an incredible 3-Year / 3,000 mug warranty.
Geo Knight's proprietary stainless steel mug band heater technology has shown to be significantly more reliable in the field than standard approaches.

Refund Policy
Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy for 3DCraftMakers.com:
Our Commitment: At 3DCraftMakers, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide an exceptional customer experience. We understand that there may be instances where a return, refund, or cancellation is necessary. Therefore, we have created a robust and professional policy to ensure a smooth process for our valued customers.
Returns:
Eligibility and Timeframe: Every product purchased at 3DCraftMakers is eligible for a 30-day return policy, unless otherwise noted. If you receive a faulty item, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from receipt. Please note that a product can only be deemed defective by 3DCraftMakers Technical Support or the manufacturer directly.
Process: To initiate a return, you need to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting our support team. Please send an email to support@3dcraftmakers.com to request the RMA. In your email, kindly include the following information to ensure a smooth processing of your request:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- Reasons for the return
When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that the returned item is received by 3DCraftMakers before a replacement is shipped out. Once we receive the RMA at our facility, please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless it's a faulty product.
Item Condition and Packaging: To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
Faulty or Defective Items: In the rare case of receiving a faulty product or an item with manufacturing defects, you are entitled to request a product replacement within 60 days of receiving the item. To request a replacement, please provide photo/video evidence of the defects via email at support@3dcraftmakers.com. Once the case is deemed valid, we will cover the related costs to deliver a replacement.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-3 business days. Alternatively, the refund may be issued in the form of an electronic gift card of equivalent value.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend the following steps:
- Check your bank balance again, as transactions may have been delayed.
- Contact your credit card company to inquire about the status of the refund, as they may take up to 3-5 business days to process the credit.
- Contact your bank and inquire about the processing time for posted refunds.

Replacements: We only offer replacements for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at support@3dcraftmakers.com.
Warranty: If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately with a picture of the packaging of your order, the faulty item, and your order confirmation number within 3 days of receiving your parcel. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. To be accepted, all returns and exchanges must be in brand new, restocking condition and include all original packaging and accessories. Items that have come into contact with any food product cannot be returned. Products damaged due to customer abuse or improper handling will not be accepted. Original shipping charges and return delivery charges will not be refunded. Special orders cannot be returned. Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, you will be notified via email regarding your refund. If approved, you can expect a refund within 1-3 business days.
What is NOT Covered by Warranty: Our warranty does not cover the following:
- Improper usage, storage, or handling of the item.
- Using the item in a way that it was not designed for.
- Damage caused by impact, shock, sand/dust/dirt, dampness, leaking batteries, fire, theft, attempted theft, vandalism, corrosion, frost, flooding, earthquakes, lightning, or other adverse weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation should be done within 48 hours of the purchase. If a cancellation request is made after the order is processed, a 3% fee will be applied.
